Name : Wracks (Bladder Wrack / Spiral Wrack / Toothed Wrack)
Scientific name : Fucus vesiculosus / Fucus spiralis / Fucus serratus
Flavour : Strength 2 –  Medium
Culinary Notes : Deep green in colour, the wrack family are nutrient-dense seaweeds with a firm texture and strong flavour
Culinary Uses : Wracks are a superb complement to fish dishes and can also be milled into a seasoning that adds depth of flavour to stock and stews.
