Culinary Notes : A deep red seaweed with a complex and distinctive flavour. Notes of black pepper, garlic and truffles
Culinary Uses :  Commonly used by chefs as a beautiful seasoning for meat, fish and egg dishes. Also a great flavouring for oils.
