Name : Atlantic Wakame
Scientific name : Alaria esculenta
Flavour : 1 – Mild
Culinary Notes : Shiny, dark green and soft fronds, with a  taste reminiscent of spinach and kale
Culinary Uses : A flavourful seaweed with almost unlimited applications, Atlantic Wakame is used as a flavour enhancer for soups and sauces, marinated or blanched for use in salads, baked into a healthy snack and even used as a small wrap.
